On the morning of Tuesday, 24/9, two young athletes from Chania were honored for bringing gold medals in swimming and cycling.
We’re talking for Apostolos Papastamos who reached the threshold for his participation in the Tokyo Olympic Games by winning the Gold Medal at the World Teen Championships in Budapest, and Konstantinos Livanos the gold medalist at the World Cycling Championships in Frankfurt.
The two athletes, due to increased obligations, sent sponsors-call to met their needs.
MOBIAK responded promptly and helped to support the young cyclist in the purchase of new equipment (racing track bike).
Konstantinos Livanos thanked his sponsors for the help and the award. The awarding of the athletes took place at a ceremony in the ANEK conference center.
